Recent papers on the effects of agentic workflows. They all seem to suggest similar things: there is a tangible productivity and efficiency boost, but it also requires a lot of hand-holding and engineering discipline as soon as you move from prototyping or one-offs to serious engineering.
Thinking about
The gap between Senior Engineer and Engineering Leader. People cross it poorly in both directions, and except Charity Majors, most of the advice I see is written by people who only crossed it once.
