- Brink No. 2 Nakiri Knife
- Brink No. 1 Chefs Knife
The Santoku from Mcusta is by far the one I use the most. It’s a versatile, nimble knife that is easy to keep clean and sharp, and holds its edge really well, despite being damascus steel.
